He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick "Fritz" Wills and Mildred Rewerts Wills. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Meads; his daughter Tammi Haverly Cherry Valley (Jim); his granddaughter Jordan Robison Cherry Valley (Henry); his son N. Todd Wills Davis Junction (Diane); and his sister Janice Bloom (Jim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
