Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marina Spitzer of Stillman Valley, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 56, on January 5, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Kretsinger and Dianna Kretsinger. She is survived by: her former husband Douglas Spitzer; her husband Doug Spitzer of Stillman Valley; her children, Jessica Johnson (Joshua) of Woodstock and Andrew Spitzer (Erin) of Oregon; her sister Michelle Coons (Jim) of Stillman Valley; and her grandson Preston Wayne Spitzer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family service will take place and burial will be held at Silver Creek Cemetery in Mt. Morris.

Memorials may be directed to the family or to Serenity Hospice and Home.
