She is survived by: her father Harold DeVries; her sister Vicki Middleton; her sons, Nate Childers (Sarah) and Zac Childers (Amanda); her stepgrandchildren, Kennedy and Audrey; her uncles, Martin Neff and Roger DeVries; her aunt Donna DeVries; her niece Samantha Middleton; and her cousins, Jerry, Susan, Pam, Troy, Micheal and Sandy.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The National Kidney Foundation and may be directed to her family.
