She is survived by: her husband Wesley Lewis; her sons, Scott Lewis of Woodville and Dustin Lewis (Tammy) of Stillman Valley, IL; her grandchildren, Cheyanne Guerin (Blake), Brandon Lewis (Molly), Devin Lewis, Chloe Lewis and Raven Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Brantley, Blake and Case.
