He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hayes and Amy Hayes (Lathrop); his wife Jeannine Tegner; his sister LaVonne Huebner (Earl); and his brother-in-law Pablo Chavez.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane Mills (Brian) of Oregon, IL; and his siblings, Lowell Hayes (Jeanne) of Kings and Adelaide Chavez of Walnut Creek, CA. He is also survived by Many Nieces and Nephews.
