He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hulsizer of Stillman Valley; his children, Bill Welsh (Peggy) of Greeley, CO and Denise Welsh (Maki) of Chandler, AZ; and his siblings, Ken Welsh (Sandra), Marcella Drake (Floyd), Marilyn Blanton, Deloris Wipperfurth and Betty Otto (Harold). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
