She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Carlson and Esther Carlson (Westburg); her husbands, Wilfred Carlson and Clerance Gentz; and her siblings, Arlene Carlson and Clifford Carlson.

She is survived by: her sons, Roger Carlson (Cookie) of Stillman Valley, IL, Russell Carlson (Karen) of Rockford and David Carlson (Carol) of Stillman Valley; and also Barry Norris. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great- grandchildren.

A memorial fund is established for the Valley Covenant Church.
