We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2023, at the age of 34, Patrick Leonard Cleary of Stickney, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his cousin Cathi Dolehide. He is survived by: his son Carter; his parents, Karen Thompson (Larry) and Patrick J. Cleary; his siblings, Sara Champion (John), Rachel Roeske (Chad) and James Jacquest (Brooke); his aunts, Dawn Dolehide (Chuck) and Linda Catalano (Tony); his uncle Matt Cleary (Gina); his nieces and nephews, Madison Surowiecki, Devin, Donovan, Ambria Roeske, Kashdin, Titus, Giannis and Julius Jacquest; and his cousins, Nicole, Michael, Joe Cleary, Tony and Jennifer Catalano.
In lieu of giving flowers, the family asks that those who are able instead make a donation, in Patrick's name, to the SAFE project which provides support to overcoming the addiction epidemic in the US.
