He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Angelita Parra Barrera; his children, Janet Romo, Ildefonso Santiago Jr., Edna Santiago, Gary Oliver Santiago, Mario Rosario and Anel Rosario; his siblings, Domingo Santiago, Marcelina Santiago, Teresa Santiago and Irene Santiago; his grandchildren, Denice Santiago, Angelo Hernandez, Alexandra Romo, Jocelyn De La Torre, Gianna Ocampo, Leslie Santiago, Juddah Rosario and Amari Santiago; and his friend Leon Parra (Domitila Parra Barrera).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Central Chapel (6158 S Central Ave, Chicago, IL 60638-4508). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Snows Parish (4810 S Leamington Ave, Chicago, IL 60638).
