He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry Vondra Sr. and Lillian Vondra; and his aunt Karen Vondra. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Vondra; his brother Jay Vondra (Theresa); his niece Jessica Vondra; his nephew Joseph Vondra; his aunts and uncles, Jerry F. VondraJr, Russell J. Vondra (Patti), Audrey Austrevich (Vince) and Beverly Vondra; and his cousins, Kenny Vondra, Katie Vondra, Corey Vondra, Kyle Curran, Erin Oxendine and Mike Oxendine.
