He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Kuhn and Anita Kuhn Elmer (Rempert); his stepfather Ken Elmer; his brothers, Robert and Carl Kuhn; and his sister-in-law Deb Kuhn (Bennigen).
He is survived by: his nephews, Jason (Keshia) and Chad Kuhn; and his close friends, Ed and Karen Wambay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
