She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Engel (late Chad) and Pamela Kaszniak (Mark); her grandchildren, Jennifer Longo (Tom), Matthew Collazo and Christine Collazo; her great grandchildren, Tommy Longo, Drake Longo, Maddux Longo and Draven Collazo; and her husband Matthew Whitaker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Betty's honor can be made to Serenity Hospice and Home.
