He is survived by: his wife Cinda Smith (Sork); his sons, Chad Smith (Brigit) and Ethan Smith (Annie); his grandchildren, Wyatt Smith (Katie) of Stewardson, IL., Briar of Stewardson, IL., Ty of Stewardson, IL. and Ace Smith of Stewardson, IL.; and his siblings, David Smith (Karen) of Windsor, IL, Joy Shumard (Rich) of Mode, IL, Carol Smith of Asheville, NC and Cathy Heath (Michael) of Benton, AR.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
