He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza Storm and Faye Storm (Lugar); his brothers, Jesse Storm and Dwain Storm; and his daughter Gina Ann Storm.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Hampton; and his sister-in-law Dixie Storm of St. Louis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given in Darwin's honor to the Stewardson American Legion Post 611 or the donor's favorite charity.
