He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Procell and Alma Procell (Ebarb); his wife Betty; his son Andrew Lee (Lorinda) of Mattoon; and his grandchildren, Stacy Carroll (Jim) of Stewardson, Andrew (Zachary) of Auburn, Ian of Champaign and Jessica Hiller (Joey) of Savannah, GA.
