He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Kuba (Brandt); his children, Michael Kuba (Rochelle Bollman) and Elizabeth Hubbard (John); his granddaughters, Hannah Hubbard (Keegin Todd) and Sarah McFadden (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Penelope, Owen and Emmett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
