It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary A. Dieterle (Sterling, Illinois), who passed away on March 4, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vogelsang and Lucile Vogelsang (Bartel); and her daughter Kathleen Dieterle. She is survived by: her spouses, Aloysius J. Dieterle and Al Dieterle of Sterling; and her children, Cheryl Gardner of Sterling, Carol Bardin (Gary) of Morris, Mary Rahm (John) of Versailles, Donna Robbins (Gary) of Adkins, Texas, Helen Kappmeyer (Frank) of San Antonio, Julia Kashou (Charley) of Mequon, Wis., William Dieterle (Norma) of San Antonio, Daryl Dieterle of Sterling and Aloysius Dieterle (Rebecca) of Sterling. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and 31 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to Sacred Heart Church, Newman Central Catholic High School and Home of Hope.
