He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Garcia of Monrovia, CA, Pam Garcia of Boynton Beach, FL, Randy Garcia of Sterling, Rick Garcia of Sterling and Mike Garcia (Katie) of Sterling. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the World War II Museum, New Orleans, LA.
