He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Neal; his siblings, Vincent Neal and Hope Moore; his aunt Serita Neal; his nephew Anthony Lee Penaflor; and his grandparents, Roque, Mary Lou Penaflor and Sarah Neal.
He is survived by: his mother Angela Penaflor; his wife Shawna Neal; his siblings, Mark Neal, Craig Neal (Dionne), Roque Penaflor (Lisa), Antwan Neal, Leroy Neal, Jr., Francesca Montanez and Lee Penaflor (Connie); and his children, Alandria, Cassondra (Emanuel Williams), Leroy Neal (Kalley Stoudt), Aliyah, Anika, Erica, Jenaea, Jeremiah, Jada, Jaylee and Janelle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grandchildren and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schilling Funeral Home (702 1st Ave, Sterling, IL 61081). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (2102 E Le Fevre Rd, Sterling, IL 61081).
