He is survived by: his wife Joan Pobanz; his children, Rebecca Dickey of Rock Falls, Katy Frankfother (Mike) of Milledgeville, Teresa Geiger (Jane) of Amboy, Michael Geiger (Kay) of Sterling and Andrew Geiger (Marilyn) of Sterling; his brother Fred Geiger (Pat); his siblings-in-law, Joyce Geiger and Sid Probanz; his grandchildren, Jason Dickey (Caprice), Chris Geiger (Melissa), Tabitha Swicegood (Jon), Tim Geiger (Ashley), Sara Geerts, Jennifer Tornow (Nate), Emily Dirks (Dustin), Bradley Geiger (Lily), Stephen Geiger and Megan Geiger (Jalen); and his great grandchildren, Danika, Colton, Brayden, Rylee, Ashton, Brynlee, Charlotte, Taylor, Brooklyn, Stella, Memphis and Annabelle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
