He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maxwell and Florence Lucille White (Gordon); his siblings, Robert White, James White and Shirley Lewallen; and his grandson Maxx Hubbard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Wade, Sabrina Russell, Melissa Folkers (Brad) and Shauna Hubbard (Phil); his sisters, June Norman and Judy Ostrander; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Paige, Dylan, Rhyan, Aaron, Jamie, Tracie, Bronson, Kelsie, Brentin, Victoria, James, Mackenzie and Austin; and his son Kim Buckingham. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren.
