She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Ferguson and Sarah Hazel Wolf; her husband Harold Janssen; and her siblings, Dorthea "Sis" Colberg, Burton Ferguson and Glen Ferguson.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Mathews of Sterling, Tim Mathews (Lori) of Round Grove and Sarah LeFevre (Gene) of Rock Falls; her stepchildren, Donald Janssen (Anke) of Milledgeville, Larry Janssen (Linda) and Debbie Owen (Rick); and her close friend Willard Swords of Coleta. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.
