He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glenn Dancey and Alene Dancey (Hapgood); his wife Gail Janke; his son Grant Dancey (Carolyn); his sisters, Marilyn Galligan (Michael) of Machesney Park, IL and Sue Smith of Buckeye, AZ; and his grandsons, Spencer and Robert Dancey.
A memorial has been established to the mission committee of First Presbyterian Church, and American Cancer Society.
