He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene W. Welker and Ruth Welker (Besch); and his siblings, Joe Dravis and Debbie Wolf. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Near; his children, Sierra Welker and Gage Welker; his grandchildren, Draven and Denver Hinrichs; and his siblings, Jean Dawson (Ray) of Polo and Robert Welker of Dixon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
