Though Connie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her stepfather Harold Miller. She is survived by: her husband Terry E. McCormick; her children, Michael McCormick (Kelly) of Batavia, Ann Walters (Chris) of Sterling and Teri McCormick of Sterling; and her grandchildren, Tyler Johnson and Rylie Walters.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home (505 1st Ave, Sterling, IL 61081). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (600 Avenue B, Sterling, IL 61081).
In lieu of flowers, family is requesting that memorials be given in her memory to Rock River Hospice & Home.
