He was predeceased by: his father Michael H. Spencer. He is survived by: his mother Sally Bardell (Ralph); his children, Kaylee Whittles (Cody) of Peoria and Brody Spencer of Princeton; his brother Michael Spencer of Sterling; his grandson Cody Whittles of Peoria; and his nieces, Zoey of Sterling and Vivi Spencer of Sterling.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home- Rock Falls (1002 12th Ave, Rock Falls, IL 61071).
