She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Gordon and Beatrice Gordon (Barrett). She is survived by: her children, Rudy Heckman of Mobile, AL and Randa Heckman Hughes (LaMar) of Sterling; her grandchildren, Rudy M. Kinney of Jenna, L. R, Le'Roy L. Hughes Jr. of Rock Falls, Sa'Vonne Hughes of Albuquerque, NM and Jazmine Heckman Locklear (Marcus) of North Carolina; and her great grandchildren, Da'Vonte "Buddy" Heckman of Sterling and Daxton Kinney.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schilling Funeral Home (702 1st Ave, Sterling, IL 61081). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (1906 E 3rd St, Sterling, IL 61081).
