He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Chapman and Mary Chapman (Crum); his wife Carol Chapman (Michel); his daughter Becki Luckenbill (Rick); and his siblings, Roberta, Donna, Donald and Robbie.
He is survived by: his children, Teri Valentine (John) of Barrington, Mindi Van Zee (Mark) of Lafayette, CO and William (Sydney); his siblings, Rosie Dellitt, Edie Willits, Susan Henricks and Rick; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Dettman (Cliff) and Sandy Furlong (Clair). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
As with Carol Chapman, in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation for the purpose of establishing a "William Chapman Scholarship" to be given to a future graduate of Rock Falls High School pursuing Education or Engineering as a future career.
