He was predeceased by: his sisters, Janice Adams and Ardith Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Aggen; his children, Heather Armitage of Sterling and Eric Rosenow (Erin) of Chadwick; his sisters, Marlene Gelsinger of Gepp, AR and Gloria Engel of Rock Falls; his grandchildren, Cole Short, Madi Armitage, Owen Armitage, Genevieve Rosenow and Eamon Rosenow; and his close friend Nikki.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his memory to the Arbor Day Foundation and Happy Tails Shelter in Rock Falls.
