She was predeceased by: her parents, Felipe Penaflor and Angela Penaflor (Chavez); her former husband Ruben Cruz; her spouse Jesse Estrada; her son Daniel Cruz; and her siblings, Dave Penaflor, Rockie Penaflor, Raul Penaflor, Dominga Manzano, Ernestine Barron and Lilly Trujillo.
She is survived by: her sons, Glen Estrada (Kathy) of Sterling and Alvino Estrada (Blanca) of Sterling; her brother Manuel Penaflor (Lisa) of Sterling; her grandchildren, Jenell Bradley (Lewis) of Rock Falls, Alvino Estrada, Jr. (Desiree Olalde) of Sterling, Nathan Estrada (Jennifer), Andi Vanecek (Jeremy) of St. Louis, MO, Jessica Cruz of Oakland, CA, Hannah Bonnell (Clayton) of Dixon and Sarah Reyes (Jacob) of Sterling; and her grandson-in-law Rudy Minor. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.
