It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Allen (Steger, Illinois), who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her stepchild Thomas Allen; her brother Herbert McNeal (late Lauren); her parents, Herbert McNeal and Eddie Mae McNeal; and her granddaughter Tatiana Foster.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred Allen; her children, Jeffery McNeal and Sheila Foster; her stepchildren, Renee Rawls (Michael), Vernell Taylor, Wanda Allen, Tremmel Broadwater and Jermaine Allen; and her siblings, Mary Winton (Herbert), Harry McNeal (Joyce), Bettie Easlie, Freddia McDonald, Elenora Adkins, Boss McNeal (Sandra) and Ross McNeal.
