He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Parchem and Frances "Faye" Parchem; his father-in-law Raymond Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Brown, Elaine Parchem and Paula Brown.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dee" Parchem; his children, Ronald Parchem Jr. (Jackie), Jennifer Gallagher (Josh) and Robert "Bobby" Parchem (Shelly); his grandchildren, Jack, Jayden, Colton, Shira, Kenna, Darren, Bryce and Ryker; his brothers, Bernard Parchem, John Parchem (Gaye), Kenneth Parchem (Marta) and James Parchem (Mary Ellen); his mother-in-law Adeline Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Brown and Debbie Brown.
