He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Nutter and Mary Elizabeth Nutter; and his siblings, Lloyd and Leslie "Bud" Nutter. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Nutter; his children, Debra Michniak (Richard S.), Leslie J. Nutter (Kimberly) and Jennifer Klein; his grandchildren, Richard Lewis Michniak, Michelle Moore (Aaron), James Michael Vela II, David Michniak (Alexis), Kailee Wilson (Dustin), Arlis Nutter, Mary Elizabeth Nutter, John Nutter, Brayden Klein, Abigail Nutter, Popi, Stella Marie, Paisley Jo, Madison Skye, Dolly Mae and Chelsey Juliana; and his brothers, Gary Nutter (late Sue) and Morris Nutter (Joan). He is also survived by his parish, family and friends.
