He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ostby and Mary Ellyn Ostby; and his siblings, Kathryn Ostby and Kenneth Ostby. He is survived by: his siblings, Lance Ostby (late Ellen) and Kimberly Kaminski (Glen). He is also survived by his step-daughter, six nieces, and two nephews.
