She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph L. Kraus; her siblings, Donald Hartman (late Arlene) and Georgene Johnstone (late Dennis); and her parents, Edwin Hartman and Rose Dierking.

She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Rhodes (late Dennis) and Kimberly Smith (Jeffery); and her grandchildren, Erik Rhodes, Jennifer Smith and Christopher Smith (Tiffany).
