She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis; her parents, Edwin Hartman and Rose Hartman; her brother Donald Hartman; and her daughters, Janice, Susan and Karen.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Johnstone (Charlene), Rick Johnstone (Yvonne), Joy Kinney (Dennis) and Gregg Johnstone; her grandchildren, Shauna, Nicole (Rich), Mia (Nick), Kristofer (Stephanie), Crystal, Erik (Elvira), Stefanie, Rebecca, Aaron, Alexis, Olivia and Samantha; and her sister Joann Kraus.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Zion Lutheran Church where Georgene was a member.
