She was predeceased by: her parents, William Appuhn and Mary Blume Appuhn; and her spouse Vilas Waltemate. She is survived by: her sons, Tom Waltemate (Mary) of Steeleville, Scott Waltemate of Shreveport, LA and Don Waltemate of Steeleville; her grandchildren, Ellen Hodge (Justin), Ted Waltemate (Amber), Aaron Waltemate and Stuart Waltemate; her great grandchildren, Mae Hodge, Luke Waltemate, Emmylou, Betty Jane Hodge and Nolan Waltemate; and her sister Lucille Montgomery of Belleville.
Memorials may be given to Steeleville Senior Center or Peace Lutheran Church.
