He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley B. Thompson and Evelyn Thompson (Rubach). He is survived by: his wife Janice Thompson of Steeleville, IL; his son Ethan Thompson of Steeleville, IL; and his sister Suzan VanOver (Tom) of Sparta, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilson's Funeral Home (509 W Illinois St, Steeleville, IL 62288). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
