With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley J. Phillips of Steeleville, Illinois, born in Kennett, Missouri, who passed away on May 23, 2022 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley J. Phillips to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Luttrell and Edith Luttrell (Duty); and her husband Garrett A. Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Loretta (Junior Mines), Brenda (Virgil Aaron), Dawn Phillips of Steeleville, IL and Scott (JoAnn Phillips); and her sisters, Vickie, Gene Holston and BJ Luttrell of Jackson, MO. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren.
