We bid farewell to Loretta Qualls of Steeleville, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 23, 2025 at the age of 66. Loretta touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Albert, Sr. and Beulah Mae Qualls (Reiman); and her significant other Paul Kohm. She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Carlton (Douglas) of Makanda, IL and Joseph A Qualls, Jr. of Ava, IL; her niece Deasha Kernodle (Jordan); her nephew Brandon Carlton (Gabrielle); her great-niece Kya Kernodle; and her nephew Mason Kernodle.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Wilson's Funeral Home (206 S 5th St, Ava, IL 62907). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
