Leola G. Rushing Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leola G. Rushing of Steeleville, Illinois, born in Pinckneyville, Illinois, who passed away on January 13, 2021 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leola G. Rushing to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Ritter and Hilda Faust Ritter; her husband Maurice D. Rushing; and her sisters, Virginia Klingenberg and Natalie Rottet.
She is survived by: her children, Lana Mayer (Ron) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Jeff Rushing (Angela) of Steeleville, IL; her grandchildren, Rachel Besara (Tiglet) of Springfield, MO, Jairus Mayer (Natalia) of Goodlettsville, TN and Eli Rushing of Steeleville, IL; and her sister Dr. Melody Ritter Douglas of Louisiana. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Due to executive order, face masks must be worn, and social guidelines must be followed.
