She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul V. Caby and Lula M. Higgerson Caby; and her brother Billy Ray Caby. She is survived by: her husband William C. McIntyre of Steeleville; and her sons, Billy J. McIntyre and Michael P. McIntyre of Steeleville. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
