John L. Shockley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2021, at the age of 77, John L. Shockley of Steeleville, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John L. Shockley to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil, Sr. Shockley and Marie Shockley; and his nephews, Jeffrey House and Kevin Nowakowski. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Shockley of Steeleville; his daughters, Gina Fisher (Jimmy) of Sparta and Paula Cash of Sparta; his grandchildren, Daniel Deutschmann (Samantha) of Mascoutah, Jenna Chumbley (Josh) of Lake St and Morgan Cash (Jason Becker) of Sparta; his great grandchildren, Brayden Hatley, Mason, Ashlee Deutschmann, Amelia Chumbley and Little Britches; and his siblings, Cecil, Jr. Shockley (Marilyn) of Sparta, Bruce Shockley (Connie) of Lenzburg, Norma House (Larry) of Manchester, MO, Karen Aho (Bill) of Eureka, MO, Lora Montgomery of Pinckneyville and Rita Phillips of Nashville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
