She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Moore and Paulette Moore (Reiman); and her sister Michelle. She is survived by: her husband Scott A. Phillips of Steeleville, IL; her sons, Jeffrey Caleb Moore (Courtney Nicole) of Steeleville, IL and Dustin Allen Phillips of Tilden, IL; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Kole Moore, Josuah Daniel Oetkin and Jaxon Stout Moore; her siblings, Shane Moore (Sharon) of Ava, IL, Chad Moore (Lisa) of Ava, IL, Tammy Gerberding (Todd) of Steeleville, IL and LaDonna Bievenue (Rusty) of Steeleville, IL; and her grandmother Irma Reiman of Benton, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
