It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irma B. Wente of Steeleville, Illinois, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irma B. Wente to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz Brockmeyer and Anna Brockmeyer; and her siblings, Raymond, Alfred, Fritz, Leroy, Irwin Brockmeyer, Frieda Winkelman, Olinda Schulze and Leona Cicka.
She is survived by: her sons, James William Wente (Rosalie Ruehmkorff) of Jackson and David Merle Wente (Marilyn Buescher) of Steeleville, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Shawn Wente (Shannon), Tonya Ward (Rob) and Jacob Wente (Lesley); and her great grandchildren, James Robert Ward, William Charles Ward and Brantley James Wente. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to executive order, face masks must be worn, and social guidelines must be followed.
