He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Rice and Mildred Rice (Patton); and his siblings, Russell and Norma. He is survived by: his wife Donna Rice of Steeleville, IL; his children, Scott Rice (Bridget) of Cobden, IL, Stacy Longoria (Jesse) of Ocala, FL and Sherri Rice of Burke; his grandchildren, Jessica Schmelzle (Thomas), Clinton Rice (Kelsey), Willow Longoria, Chloe Longoria, Isabella Longoria and Sophia McCullers; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Grant, Isaac, Lucy, Maggie, William and Nora; and his sister Sue Hermes of Sparta.
