She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Kueker and Olga Kueker (Nagel); her husband John C. "Gus" Sternberg; and her sister Dolores Kilman. She is survived by: her sons, Clyde Sternberg (Deborah) of Sparta, IL and Jim Sternberg (Pat) of Springfield, MO; her grandchildren, Jon Sternberg (Christina), Amy Hueghey (Kyle), Jill Brock and Chris Sternberg (Ame); her great grandchildren, Jon, Gracie, Maggie, Sadie, Tobie, Jasmine and Tyson; and her siblings, Ruth Sammetinger of St. Peters, FL and Paul L. Kueker (Marie) of Swansea, IL..
