Violet M. Ziglar Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Violet M. Ziglar of Staunton, Illinois, who passed away on August 19, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Violet leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fortuna and Ricca Fortuna (Odorizzi); and her siblings, Dominic Fortuna (Floriene) and Delores Hart (Leroy). She is survived by: her children, E. Steven Ziglar (Bev Hartman), Larry Ziglar (Virginia) and Susan DeLaurent; and her grandchildren, Tracy Morrison, Nicole Bailey (Todd), Tim Sievers (Charlie) and Kati Harkins (Greg). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; & several nieces & nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Staunton Country Club or to any Staunton charity.
