She was predeceased by: her parents, George Spudich and Dorothy Spudich; her grandson Alphonzo Stein; her brothers, George Spudich (Lynette) and Roy Spudich; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley, Beulah and Fred Stein.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin Stein Jr.; her children, Alan Stein (Liliann) of Downers Grove, IL, Nolie Mayberry (Rocky) of Hamel, IL and Wendy Coyle (Mike) of Peoria, IL; her grandchildren, Eric Stein (Katie) of Downers Grove, IL, Benjamin Stein of Downers Grove, IL, Jennifer Oberkfell (Tyler) of Troy, IL, Jason Mayberry of New Douglas, IL, Kathleen Francoeur (Kevin) of Edwardsville, IL, Sean Coyle (Jami) of Gurnee, IL, Jesse Coyle (Caitlyn) of Pekin, IL, Carly Bohmer (Brandon) of Edwardsville, IL and Casey Coyle of Jonesboro, AR; her brother John Spudich (DeeMana) of Granite City, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Stein (Kathy) of Staunton, IL and Betty Stein of Staunton, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williamson Funeral Homes, Ltd. (108 W Henry St, Staunton, IL 62088). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (415 E Main St, Staunton, IL 62088).
Memorials are suggested to either St. Michael Catholic Church of Staunton or to Sacred Hedart Catholic Church of Livingston, IL.
