She was predeceased by: her parents, George Slifka and Ann Slifka (Kerin); and her siblings, George Slifka, Jane Meyer and Mary McNair.
She is survived by: her children, Kelda DeBarr (David) of Litchfield, IL and David Hebenstreit (Debbie) of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Derek DeBarr (Megan), Anne Hisle (Preston), Tyler Hebenstreit and Trevor Hebenstreit; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Liam, Harrison Hisle, Isaac and Samuel DeBarr. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
